Swun

Terms

Last updated June 28, 2026

Swun is operated by E&P Boulangerie LLC, a California limited liability company (“Swun,” “we,” “us”). By using Swun you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Swun.

What Swun does

Swun helps you plan an evening - by suggesting venues, timing, and gifts based on the prompts you answer. Swun is a planning assistant, not the venue or the operator. We don't make reservations on your behalf, we don't process payments for the venue, and we don't guarantee availability. You confirm and book directly with each venue. Suggestions are generated with the help of AI and curated data and can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong - treat them as a starting point and confirm the details (venue, hours, price, availability) before you rely on or book anything.

Who can use Swun

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swun. It's built for adults planning occasions; it isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Money

Swun is free to use today. We may earn affiliate revenue when you book through links we provide. We never charge you for using the planner, and an affiliate relationship never influences which venues we recommend. If our pricing ever changes, we'll tell you here first.

What we ask of you

Use Swun for yourself or with the explicit consent of the person it's planning for. Don't submit another person's email or phone number without their permission to be contacted. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't try to break the rate limits or scrape the service.

Things outside our control

Venues change menus, hours, and policies without telling us. Restaurants overbook. Things go wrong. Swun gives you a shape and confidence - it can't promise the night. Confirm critical details directly with each venue, especially when a “things to confirm” prompt appears on your plan.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swun is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - for example a bad meal, a closed restaurant, a missed reservation, or a partner who didn't love the gift. Our total liability for any claim relating to Swun is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is typically $0, since Swun is free) or US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E&P Boulangerie LLC and its members from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of Swun, your violation of these terms, or any contact you direct us to make on your behalf - for example an email or message sent to a partner whose details you provided.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with the “Last updated” date. If you keep using Swun after a material change, you've accepted the new version.
